My stay at Joia Bavaro By Iberostar was pleasant. the service was genuinely friendly, but there were a few shortcomings that kept it from being a five-star experience. The staff really knew how to make you feel welcome, yet certain amenities left a lot to be desired. I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings but felt that some areas could use improvement.
